Welcome,

Our Story

CCN was founded with a vision to transform health and empower communities in South Africa’s Eastern Cape Province. From addressing HIV/TB to supporting survivors of GBV, our mission is to make health care accessible and sustainable for everyone. Rooted in care and community, we strive to create change.

What We Stand For

Our Mission

To  improve and sustain the health and well-being of communities through targeted interventions in key areas such as

  • HIV/TB
  • gender-based violence
  • teenage pregnancy
  • mental health and substance abuse
  • employee wellness
  • NHI implementation,
  • community health
  • monitoring and evaluation,
  • electronic health records
  • nutrition
  • social determinants of health

Our Vision

We strive to foster a holistic approach to health, adhering to the World Health Organization’s definition of health as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
